I'm a junior in high school
I do cross country and wrestling and I'm beginnign to train for the boston marathon so i can run it senior year.
hill work out with Matt, did 4 highlands up to walden and at 4th did 1000 meter box
Didn't count on the 1st one, but splits were 2nd: 0:31 3rd: 0:33 and 4th: 0:35
Also FYI; Up highland is .09 miles
So cold today, ran with franca for 10 minutes then tried to get back to school as fast as i could. did short newton centre run (turn at beacon)
